      - Good team environment - team member discounts - Getting to help customers and solve problems - active job - decent management.

      - Staffing budgets limit the amount of employees that can be scheduled per week increasing work loads and decreasing customer service. - Pay rates could be improved slightly

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
