      Pros

      Unlimited PTO is nice for salaried employees.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity for promotions. Salary is too low and workload is too heavy. Went downhill once the company got rid of remote work, DEI & sustainability initiatives.

      two many "priorities" to truly focus on all of them, low starting wages and budget for payroll.
