      Deadlines are flexible; and it can take more than 5 years to make a product decision and another 3 years to implement.

      Cons

      You are expected to function with minimal information, but make business decisions even though you are never given the opportunity to see the "big picture".

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
