Low starting wages 70% below poverty level. Not enough hours. Don't know if your going to have your hours cut monthly. Workload is more than they are buying your time for. Understaffed most of or all the time. District managers don't care about team members. Customers expect team members to know everything at a 9.50 an hour rate. Propane calls at a constant rate hard to get things done.
