Huge shift in values and culture in last three years...not the great TSC work enviroment it used to be. Dysfunctional executive team Continual chaos due to constant org changes Lack of job securuty Lack of upward mobility for long term employees as new roles are filled from outside Long exhausting hours with no comp time
