      Pros

      Dedicated workers and nice facilities.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a willingness to make a decision and stick with it. Priorities seem to change when the wind blows and IT projects started/stopped/restarted on whims. Never knew what I was going to be working on from one day to the next.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
