Pros
As long as you give 110% and blood sweat and tears the company will reward you at the end of the year with a year end bonus and plaques.
Cons
Long hours, high turnover, high expectations. It's difficult to hire quality associates on minimum wage and expect them to perform at all costs when they could go down the street and get paid 2 or 3 more dollars an hour doing the same job. Over worked team on skeleton crew due to payroll cuts. Regardless of your stellar work performance favoritism is very strong among DM's and who they help, promote and transfer.
