      Pros

      The Management was very friendly and helpful. They encourage you to show ownership in your areas and will listen to your suggestions. Holidays and anniversaries off with pay.

      Cons

      While Management will listen to your ideas, it doesn't mean that they will actually care about your opinion or pass it on to the higher levels. You don't always receive recognition for your work and the hours don't always work well with family life.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
