Pros

Good and for the most part understanding customers, good co-workers. Benefits are good, just can't afford co-pays. Will work around family events.

Cons

With hour cuts you can expect to work an average of 32-34 hours a week as a full time employee. This creates a resentful staff. Was also told that full time would be no less than 36 hours paid. Always very short staffed, poor customer service and a large safety issue. With all the things the DM and above want done, a team member can expect to do the work of 3+ people. Many times the customer gets ignored. To sum it up an employee can expect to be overworked and extremely underpaid. Quit rubbing it in our faces about your bonuses when the people who are making it happen and dealing with nothing but pay cuts.

Pros

Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

Cons

Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
