      -Flexible Schedule -Stock Purchase Plan -Some people get promoted quickly -Possible quick promotions

      -Long hours -Not paid well -District Manager/Corporate will side with manager over employees no matter the circumstance, until it's too late

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
