      Clientele are wholesome and salt of the earth. Decent compensation, and Bonuses are not guaranteed but probably. Growth company.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a real challenge. Feels overwhelming much of the time. More tasks and redundancy. Considers career development, product videos once a month.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
