      Pros

      The people who work at TSC are fantastic. You want to go to work for the laughter. All have great attitudes. It is a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      The discount is not great at 15% and the pay is minimum.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
