      Pros

      Customers are really nice, co workers are fun to work with and you won't need to go to the gym with all the running and lifting you have to do. also very poor pay

      Cons

      you are expected to operate a large store with 3 people and do multiple projects all at one time so customer service suffers greatly. and unless you are IN with managment you'll spend all your time doing the worst jobs

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
