      Pros

      Benefits are wonderful. Fifteen % off purchases. 401 match up to 6%. Potential for monthly bonuses depending on how much your store makes compared to projections or last years earnings.

      Cons

      Team members are part-time. So its hard to keep part-time members, they move onto full-time jobs, etc.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
