      Pros

      Employee discounts are fair. Enjoyed customer interaction. Easy to find products in store. Online ordering is easy and available for customers.

      Cons

      Not allowed overtime. Pushing products, rewards program and credit card applications down customers throats even if they don't want/need it or you can be terminated.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
