      Fair pay with good bonus potential. Able to work independently without supervision

      Cons

      They have lost their original mission and values. It used to be all about the customer and the team members. Now it's all about the dollar at the expense of the customer and team member.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
