Pros
With the right manager you can have fairly flexable work hours. The right team are close like family. The regular customers are the greatest. Benefits are good to compaired to other companies.
Cons
Cut hours, cut hours, cut hours. Dangerous work enviroment. So short staffed it is an accident or robbery waiting to happen. Not enough hours to do required corporate demands. They expect you do the job of 3 employees. Also eliminates customer service. Very limited training opertunities because they are always very short staffed. On a personal level, full timers get under 35 hours when hours are cut, makes it hard to take advantage of benefits when a person can't afford the co-pays. Also is discouraging when you make less each year than the previous and that is with a raise.
