Our team runs a very clean store and makes our sales goals consistently.But none of that matters since we are not selling enough service plans and signing up enough personal credit cards.Huge disconnect on what customers want and what corporate and district /regional management wants.Listen to your stores they are on the front lines and know customers don’t want to be bothered with this stuff.Especially right now with all the uncertainty.Customers just want to come in get treated right and go on their way and not be bothered with all the add on extra stuff.
