Cons
Full time is considered 30 hours and up, so don't expect to see many 40 hours checks unless you are one of the few. Management is expected to fill in when hours are cut and staff is short. Makes for low manangement pay. Work load requires triple of the people working. Value and mission statements are one of the biggest jokes among employees. Managers have been poorly prepared for what they will actually face once in the store. All team members are considered to be theives. Discriminates against the older worker. Overstocked on useless product, understocked on product that will actually sell. So understaffed no time for training even if corporate demands it.
