      Overall the company is solid. They continue to beat sales forecasts and have a realistic growth plan

      Cons

      IT is a mess: very silo-ed and mired in infighting. Hopefully some of that will be fixed by replacing the CIO which they recently did as well as purging some difficult managers in IT. The jury is still out on the IT group,

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
