      Tractor Supply has an excellent culture. It is a growth company, so there is a lot of opportunity for future advancement.

      Cons

      The company does not pay very well compared to other companies. For that reason, there is a lot of turnover. Unfortunately, happy people are leaving because they have to.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
