      Pros

      Growing company, a lot to do, opportunities to really have a lot of responsibility

      Cons

      Advancement seemed to occur at a glacial pace. TSC leadership was very underinvested in the Accounting & Finance function compared to similar sized companies leading to I think them being less satisfied with the value they were getting from it. If there is little room for advancement and poor raises, you are not going to cultivate a very rich function in my opinion as good talent will leave elsewhere.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
