Mis-leading - Anonymous employee Tractor Supply Employee Review

Constant bickering between upper management and you get stuck in the middle, poor wages, no full time positions even though they advertise it on the job websites. Not enough hours to pay my bills. Not consistant with rules and regulations from different management. Big turn-over. Can't trust anyone but yourself. Getting stabbed in the back and thrown under the bus even if you did nothing wrong. Only took the job because I needed a job. Currently looking for something else.
