      Pros

      Corporate values are more than just words, the company believes in them and they permeate the organization from the executives to the associates in the stores. Tractor Supply has done well in understanding its market and how to serve that market. Employees are treated as partners with a vested interest in the company rather than resources reporting up through a chain of command.

      Cons

      The rapid growth of the company can lead to long hours but the benefits of working at Tractor Supply definitely outweigh this.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
