Recent changes in the company have led to a large quantity of female managers being let go at once in entire districts, no longer promoting from within, unrealistic budget cuts on necessary store supplies and payroll as stocks in the company sky rocket and business increases dramatically, HR team is not supportive to employees with legitimate concerns for safety.
