Pros
The customers are some of the most down to earth people I have ever met. I also had the privilege of leading a group of hard working individuals. Some of the hardest working people in the retail industry. CEO has a good vision for the company and invested heavily in technology during a time of need.
Cons
Expectations drove people to make bad decisions. But the tough part is that the bad decisions were widely known by all levels of leadership but nothing done. Every week the focus was different. Boys club mentality too, if you were in, you were in, if not, good luck. Zero accountability for poor performers, just find another place for them in a lower position seemed to be the theme.
