They scream about their missions and values if you get in trouble. But turn a bad eye when their bad management do not uphold those same missions and values they preach about. HR says out of pocket things, doesn't take claims of issues from team members seriously, and force you into meetings you decline. Such as ADA meetings. Management plays favorites. HARD. Lies about the possibility of advancements and mentorships then goes and tells their favorites about mentorships and advancements opportunities. They do not truly care in helping you as a team member is growing and learning. Instead they would rather be bad leaders and never truly help their staff to their full potential.
