      Pros

      Tractor is a great company that takes both it's employees and customers into consideration. I always felt that my ideas or concerns mattered.

      Cons

      There are more important things than stock holders. Even though I was one I never saw my wealth more important than the customers. As the company grew rapid you could see stock price outweigh overall customer service.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
