      Pros

      I really enjoy selling the products that we carry, and serving the customers that shop at Tractor Supply. It's a job I greatly enjoy and hope to make a lifelong career with the company.

      Cons

      The job is a lot of hardwork, but in the end very rewarding to me. The pay isn't the best for what the job entails, but it's a company I firmly believe I can succeed in.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
