Pros
Flexible company. TSC is one of but a few companies that did not bow to the conformities that our government tried to pressure so many into doing. TSC allowed TMs make their own choices in regards to their health.
Cons
Tight budgets for scheduling. They want people hired but don't give budget enough to allow even 15-20 hours a week. Those same people then either find other jobs or quit entirely, leaving no staff to fill call offs or provide additional support when it is suddenly needed.
