Good company, needs a lot of improvement in many areas of the buisness. Good discount, ok benefits,and stock options.
Cons
Long hours, there is no balance between family/work. They push you extremely hard and expect more out of you each day. When sales are down they cut payroll to the bare bone, and expect results of a 25 person crew, when there are only 4 people on the schedule for the day. District Managers try to "intimidate" employees to get results, and in turn create bad moral, which creates bad customer service. Who are they kidding? Why would you run buisness by micro managing and intimidation? Your results are from your front line (store level). We are the ones who see the customers, see the potentials, and get results on a daily basis, why are we the ones who get little or no raises?
