Very little, I enjoy learning new things about the farm life and helping customers find what they need for their outdoor life
Cons
To start... our CEO has ZERO life related to tractor supply, he has no knowledge of farm life and has prob never touched a tool in his life, prob doesn't even know what a screw driver is and was the one to push the DEl stuff and pay ppl to help him. He is struggling to even grow a beard. The company loves to hire externally in all upper management from team leads to the RVs. The company is VERY structured and any external managers, especially district managers will adhere to all SOP's 100%. They don't seem to know that every location can be different and can't have every location be treated the same. If you don't follow your role as dictated in your position title the managers above you will raise hell on you cause they think they know let then you as a DM or above regardless as to when they are hired Clompany loves to waste money yet doesn't proved the labor or pay for the stores to run right but will then be upset they aren't ran right Also Pay structure is at the middle range. If not low range for all positions, they will rarely ever hire anybody or anybody to the top scale range. They also bend over for any customer issue and don't stand up for their employees
