      Pros

      It's a job. It could be worse. The atmosphere is somewhat relaxed. They have good insurance. A place that you can possibly move upward in.

      Cons

      They have lousy training. They run stores short staffed. Their bonus system sounds good on paper, but once you experience it, you wonder why they bother. They get far too cutesy with their homespun naming of things and the acronyms they innundateyou with for common things is ridiculous.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
