      Pros

      I love the foundation of the company and the team is great. Pay can be decent. Average bonus structure. Great training for Store Managers new to company 12 week training period.

      Cons

      Pay for store positions under ASM not favorable. They expect an extreme amount of work for not enough payroll given or salary to store staff. Store Manager work longer Hrs then the 50 required a week no work life balance.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
