      Pros

      Discount... And that is about it. The employees are usually decent. And the clientele is one of a kind.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for the hard work. This is no cake job. Lots of physical labor. Always seem to tell employees one thing then do something else. Very crooked upper management. Always looking over thier shoulder. Only care about the stockholders and the bigwigs at corporate. They don't care about thier employees at all. Thier mission and values statement is bs.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
