      Pros

      I like the items that the store sells, a wide variety of goods brings a wide variety of customers.

      Cons

      The pay is weak. Its a feed store so you earn your measly pay moving 40-60 lb bags of grain. Store communication is terrible and the opportunities to stay with the company, and still make enough to support a family are VERY slim. A very cheap company, known to hire a lot of minimum wage workers and cap off senior team members salaries. Also, tractor supply sells a bunch of Made in China junk.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
