      Pros

      The customers that came in were always good people and normally became regulars to the store. You built relationships with them as well.

      Cons

      Like all places, the management was terrible. We would be short-staffed, and I would offer to work more. Management declined my offer and would give me more days off. This particular store will hire anyone and everyone, even if they don't know what is sold in the store or how to use it. Very frustrating environment.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
