Leadership, skills and training from managers. No micromanagement and the company overall trust to allow people to do their jobs and tasks to their best abilities. The warm family atmosphere and attitude towards each other without being judgmental, which encourages great growth and development. Great training and safety lessons for all. Issues are addressed in a positive and timely fashion. Let’s face it, we are all human and life is chaotic enough, so why not try something different than tearing down each other.
