Pros

-The company has a really great culture. The people here have exceptional work ethic, are supportive of one another, stay positive, and are great to work with. -The work here is meaningful and impactful - you'll be working on trainings that help to improve the workplaces of millions of employees around the world, who are at all sorts of big-name companies that you've heard of before. It's cool to work so closely with so many clients that are household names. -The company went through some mergers in mid-to-late 2023 and had to consolidate staff, which led to some layoffs. A lot of the negative comments in Glassdoor stem from these mergers and the growing pains that came from combining three companies' processes into one. But now that it's been almost two years, things have turned the corner for the better, and the combined company is working seamlessly together again.

Cons

Work life balance is still a bit of a work in progress, but steadily improving as the dust settles from the mergers that shook things up 1.5 years ago.

Pros

I’m still early in my tenure at Traliant, but so far, the experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was structured, thoughtful, and well supported. I had clear introductions, defined goals, and access to the right people quickly. Leadership feels steady and aligned around clear priorities. There is a strong sense of respect across teams, and cross-functional collaboration is a real strength. People are responsive, engaged and open to ideas. Work-life balance is healthy. Expectations are high, but reasonable, and the flexible remote environment makes it easier to manage both work and life.

Cons

Like many growing companies, things can move quickly and priorities can shift. Some processes are still maturing so you have to be comfortable with change and a bit of ambiguity. The remote environment works well, but it requires proactive communication and relationship-building. Overall, it feels like a place where you can do meaningful work with smart, grounded people.

Pros

Strong values on the surface. Pay is average.

Cons

Private equity kills innovation and good companies, and Traliant is Example A.
