      Pay, vacation, perks like new gear

      Cons

      Way to many mangers that have pointless jobs that can be done by people below them. I had 5 people i reported to and i was a manager as well. The problem is they all feel like they have to make some sort of impact to get noticed so they put their changes into things that are fine. Very frustrating.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
