1/ The company's commitment to its values and sustainability 2/ Very talented employees with high levels of engagement 3/ Commitment to continuous improvement -- across the board

Cons

1/ It is very difficult to be promoted if you are not hired at the entry level (ADP) and groomed for leadership positions --- you'll always be a cousin but not part of the family unit 2/ Frequent restructuring and reorganizing -- creates uncertainty about the future 3/ Individuals become 'branded' based on their job function vs. the varied background and experience that they bring to the company. Makes it more difficult to find broadening career opportunities.
