      Pros

      Very diverse company, so there are lots of opportunities to work in different fields. Compensations is good. Upper management seems to run a good business and since it's such a diverse company that typically focuses on quality products, it seems to do well in economic downturns.

      Cons

      It is a very large company, so it has some of the stereotypical problems like tons of software programs to learn, many bosses, mandatory training/meetings etc. Overall has been a pleasant experience so far.
