Pros
Ingersoll Rand is a great company to work for who will reward hard work with solid opportunities. I've had the pleasure of working in several parts of the organization and would recommend working for any of them.
Cons
The company has always had a lot of change in management and structure. The changes usually always result in an improvement to the company, but adjusting to the pace of change can be difficult to get used to.
