Pros

You can gain manufacturing and logistics knowledge that can help you succeed at another company. They offer internships but it includes learning and thriving amidst a low morale environment...

Cons

The employees are overworked, then fired or sent home every year during non-peak. There is no growth opportunity at this location. Managers come and go, they do not stay more than two years. Unethical hiring practices does not focus on qualified, but personal friends who mess up. The same job positions are posted because they do not intend to fill, but rotate temp employees and interns.
