      Pros

      Great pay and benifits. Very good training programs. Good tech support from the factory. Skills learned are easly transfered to other branches.

      Cons

      A lack of training of the sales staff about the automation systems. Most systems cost more to install than planned.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
