Pros
Good work life balance with pay structure. No compulsory attendance system.
Cons
1. Tough it is a US company, but the team leaders are all Indian boss and doesn't guide the new joiners well. 2. No new developments on process management and continue with very old ERP, as a result employees get loud discussions on problems rather than focus on solving them. 3. Some boss try to dominate their department colleagues with irrelevant pressures to show their superiority and give up taking challenges
