      Pros

      Been with Ingersoll Rand for 2 years. Good pay, good hours, late model company truck, lots of training and now they have career progress program for Technicians.

      Cons

      Management can be of little help sometimes. Work environment always changing, can be good but can also be bad. Being on call once every 8 weeks.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
