      Many development opportunities, excellent pay and benefits, senior management communicates very well with the organization, flexible work schedules and locations, global company with diverse products provides some insulation from regional and industry specific downturns

      Cons

      Still have to deal with red tape in some areas of the company

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
