Pros

Large corporation with a lot of ability to move up and move between business units. Collaboration between business units and training for the corporation is helpful for professional growth experience.

Cons

Claims to have strong diversity, but that does not seem to be a priority outside of the corporate offices. The pay is lower than most competitors and companies within the same industry sectors. They merge roles to have fewer people do more for less pay. In most roles in the offices there is little to no training or help on how to learn how to do your job.
