      Pros

      Lots of work, easy to please, fair pay, good benefits. Safety is truly a top priority with time and money not being overriding issue.

      Cons

      This is not a place that changes fast, for better or worse. You must be able to let some issues slide for a time before action will be taken.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
